Estate Planning

Do you need a will, power of attorney for finances, power of attorney for health care, or a medical directive? Estate planning clinics are held twice a month at rotating host sites. These services are offered by appointment only, and appointment requests are subject to eligibility assessment.

​

This program does not assist with Medicaid planning, living trusts, special needs trusts, probate, or transferring property owned by someone who has passed away.
