Volunteer with the Mobile Legal CLinic
Attorneys
ELIGIBILITY TO VOLUNTEER
You must be licensed in Wisconsin and in good standing to participate unless you are a registered in-house lawyer under SCR 10.03(4)(f) OR you are in inactive or emeritus status and have completed the certification process under SCR 10.03(3)(am). Inactive- and emeritus-status attorneys can complete this State Bar of Wisconsin form to begin the certification process.
GET TRAINED
Register to attend the next live (via Zoom) Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinics Volunteer Training. Live training is eligible for one ethics CLE credit.
To volunteer before the next live training session, watch the most recently recorded training and complete the attendance form linked on the training page. Recorded training is not eligible for CLE credit.

Students
MARQUETTE LAW STUDENTS
Marquette law students should visit the Law School's pro bono training page to get involved with the Mobile Legal Clinic.
UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
Qualified candidates have good communication skills, are punctual and organized, willing to work with a diverse client population, and are willing to be of service. Confidentiality and client rights must be respected and prioritized at all times. Volunteers should plan to commit to at least two shifts per month.
